scoala.ro offers its users educational content, accessible online, on a monthly subscription basis.

Please read the Terms and Conditions section carefully.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the scoala.ro website ("we" or "our") and services ("Services", "Service" or "scoala.ro").

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, then you accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to do so on behalf of that organization. In this case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

Use of Services

To use the Services you must have access to the internet and a tablet, smartphone, laptop or PC device.

To use the Services you must provide your name, a valid e-mail address, valid card details and any other information required to complete the registration process.

You will have access to the Services after completing your details. We will send you an e-mail with your login details.

If you have entered an invalid e-mail address / one you do not have access to / if technical difficulties arise, access to the Services may be subject to some delays.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and you agree not to disclose the password to third parties. scoala.ro will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to comply with these security obligations. You are responsible for any activity on your account, whether you have authorized that activity or not. It is prohibited to use the account for illegal or unauthorized purposes. It is prohibited, through the use of the Services, to violate any law, including (but not limited to) copyright law.

The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use, exclusively for educational and informational purposes. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Monthly / Annual Subscription

Once the Service is activated, you agree that the subscription will be renewed automatically. Unless you stop the subscription, you authorize us to charge the renewal payment using the payment method specified by you.

You receive the fiscal invoice monthly, immediately after payment, in the My Account section of the platform. You do not need to go through a monthly or annual payment procedure, the subscription amounts being automatically debited at the beginning of each subscription period.

The subscription fee will not be changed after the Service is activated without prior notice.

Unless you cancel your user status before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription value for the next billing cycle (see the "Cancellation" section below).

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access means that for a single payment, the customer has unlimited access to the product and free updates or other benefits as the product or technology evolves. But what does "lifetime" actually mean? It refers to the lifetime of the product, not the customer or the company's owners.

Promotional Offers

Your subscription may begin with a free trial period. The free trial period will be specified during the registration process and is intended to allow new subscribers to test the service.

After the trial period, your subscription will continue until cancellation. If you do not cancel your subscription before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing period.

Payment Method

To access the Service, you need to enter your card details. These details do not reach us. Payment is processed through the Stripe system, the payment processing software with the strictest level of certification available.

If a payment is not made due to expired details, insufficient funds, etc., we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is made.

All fees exclude taxes, duties or customs charges imposed by tax authorities. You are responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties and customs charges if you use the Service on behalf of a company. For certain geographical areas, such as the EU, additional amounts may be applied in the form of VAT or sales tax for individuals.

Cancellation / Stopping Subscription

We want you to stay with us, but if, for any reason, you choose to leave, you can unsubscribe at any time you wish, without any additional cost.

You have the option to permanently delete your scoala.ro account. Please note that by permanently deleting your scoala.ro account, you will lose all content you have paid for, with no possibility of recovery. If you wish to do this, please contact us and we will delete your account.

scoala.ro has the right to cancel / suspend / close your account and to refuse your use of the Services, in the event that you do not comply with the Terms, if you use the Services in any way that would cause us legal liability or that disrupts other users' use of the Services. Such circumstances lead to the deactivation / deletion of your account / restriction of access to your account and the confiscation and forfeiture of all content in your account.

We may suspend or close your account and cancel your ability to use the Services if you engage in illegal conduct, encourage or support such conduct, or if you fail to comply with these terms of use of the Services.

Changes to Services and Prices

Our Services are constantly evolving and all video content is regularly updated / modified. In addition, we continually test various aspects of the Services, including user interfaces, promotional features and availability of digital content.

The prices of the Services may be subject to changes. Notifications in this regard will be published on scoala.ro or will be sent to you by e-mail.

scoala.ro is not liable to you or third parties for the modification, price changes, suspension or interruption of the Services.

In situations of force majeure / fortuitous event / unforeseeability, scoala.ro reserves the right to modify or cease, temporarily or permanently, the Services, with or without prior notice.

Property and Feedback

The feedback we receive from scoala.ro users is important to us. We reserve the right to use any feedback, comments or suggestions you send us or post on our page or social networks, without any obligation to you.

These Terms do not grant you the right to use the scoala.ro brand, logo, domain names or any other brand features.

General Conditions

scoala.ro uses third-party providers and hosting partners to provide hardware, software, networking, storage and technologies that are necessary to provide the Services.

It is prohibited to modify, adapt or use the Services in an unauthorized manner. It is prohibited to modify other websites in a way that falsely suggests they are associated with the scoala.ro Services. It is prohibited to reproduce, download, transmit, duplicate, copy, sell or partially or totally exploit the Services, use the Services or access the Services without the explicit written permission of scoala.ro.

It is prohibited to upload, post, host or transmit unsolicited emails or "spam" messages. It is prohibited to transmit viruses, "worms" or destructive code.

Verbal, physical, written or any other abuse (including threats) against users, employees or members of scoala.ro will result in the immediate closure of the account of the person causing the abuse.

Other Clauses

scoala.ro does not guarantee that (i) the Services will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, (iii) the results that will be obtained from using the Service will be accurate, reliable or guaranteed without your involvement, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations, and (v) all errors in the Service will be corrected.

The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and scoala.ro and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and scoala.ro (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).

Any dispute arising between you and us will be resolved amicably.
